Ordering

How to place an order, payment, and minimums.

  • How do I place an order?
    The fastest way is WhatsApp — message us on +263 776 178 128 with the products and quantities you want. We reply to confirm availability, total, and delivery details within a few business hours. You can also phone our Harare office on +263 242 662 406 during business hours.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash on delivery, EcoCash, bank transfer, and USD bank deposit. Payment details are shared when we confirm your order. We do not yet take card payments on delivery, but this is on our roadmap.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    No minimum for home orders — you're welcome to buy a single item. For wholesale or stockist enquiries, our minimum order is 10 units of a product with a 48-hour lead time. See our Where to Buy page for stockist details.

Products & Ingredients

What's in the pack, shelf life, and dietary notes.

  • Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
    Most of our range is vegetarian. Our soya mince, soya chunks, vegetarian burger patties, rolled oats, oat flour, muesli, and granola are all suitable for vegans. Our honey products are vegetarian but not vegan. Oaties biscuits contain dairy — check the pack for full ingredients.
  • Do you add preservatives, colours, or artificial flavours?
    No. Every product in our range is made without artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours. We use real ingredients — oats, honey, nuts, dried fruit, seeds — and natural shelf life from good packaging and proper moisture control.
  • How long do your products last?
    Sealed muesli and granola last 9 months. Oaties biscuits last 6 months. Rolled oats and porridge oats last 12 months. Raw honey is effectively indefinite — it may crystallise over time, which is natural. Every pack carries a best-before date on the back.

Delivery

Where we deliver, how long it takes, and courier options.

  • Which areas of Harare do you deliver to?
    We deliver across all Harare suburbs — Avondale, Borrowdale, Marlborough, Mount Pleasant, Highlands, Glen Lorne, Greystone Park, Mabelreign, Westgate, Chisipite, and everywhere in between. Delivery within Harare is typically same-day or next-day.
  • Do you deliver outside Harare?
    Yes — we use courier partners to deliver to Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Masvingo, Kwekwe, and Chitungwiza. Courier delivery typically takes 2–4 business days. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll quote you a delivery fee for your location.
  • How quickly will my order arrive?
    Orders placed before 10am in Harare usually go out the same day. Orders after 10am go out the following business day. Out-of-town courier deliveries take 2–4 business days. We confirm your expected delivery window when we process the order.

Wholesale & Stockists

For shops, offices, schools, and bulk buyers.

  • I own a shop — how do I become a Glytime stockist?
    We'd love to hear from you. Email info@glytimefoods.com or WhatsApp +263 776 178 128 with your shop name, location, and the products you're interested in. We'll send you our wholesale price list and terms. Minimum first order is typically 30 mixed units.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts for offices, hotels, or schools?
    Yes. We regularly supply offices, guest houses, lodges, and schools across Zimbabwe. Message us with your estimated monthly volume and we'll put together a quote. We can arrange standing weekly or monthly deliveries.
  • Can you private-label or co-brand products?
    For larger volumes we can discuss private labelling on rolled oats, porridge oats, and soya products. Minimum volumes and lead times apply. Get in touch and our team will arrange a call to discuss your requirements.
