Weekend Granola Yoghurt Parfait
A layered breakfast that looks fancy but takes three minutes to build. Perfect for slow Saturday mornings on the stoep.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Glytime Crunchy Granola
- 1½ cups plain or vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup mixed seasonal fruit (berries, mango, banana)
- 2 tbsp Vumba Mountain Pure Honey
- Handful of fresh mint (optional)
Method
- 1
In two tall glasses, spoon a layer of yoghurt at the bottom.

Add a layer of granola, then a layer of fruit.

Repeat layers until the glass is full.

Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with mint leaves.
