Braai-Ready Vegan Burger Plate
A full braai-style burger plate the whole family will eat — vegetarian or not. Ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pack (4) Glytime Vegetarian Burger Patties
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tomato, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Cheese slices (optional)
- Your favourite sauces
Method

Heat a pan or braai grid over medium-high heat with a touch of oil.

Cook patties for 6 minutes per side until browned and heated through.

In the last minute, top with cheese to melt (optional).

Lightly toast the buns on the grid.

Build: bun, lettuce, patty, cheese, tomato, onion, sauce, bun.

Serve with potato wedges or a simple salad.
