Chewy Honey-Oat Cookies
Twelve soft, chewy cookies that taste like childhood. Made with rolled oats and natural honey — no refined sugar required.

Ingredients
- 1½ cups Glytime Rolled Oats (Baking)
- 1 cup Glytime Wholegrain Oat Flour
- ½ cup Vumba Mountain Pure Honey
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.

Whisk together melted butter, honey, egg, and vanilla.

Fold in oats, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.

Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the tray, leaving space between each.

Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden at the edges.

Cool on the tray for 5 minutes before moving — they firm up as they cool.
