Banana & Honey Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Glytime Instant Porridge Oats
  • ½ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Vumba Mountain Pure Honey
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

    Combine oats, milk, yoghurt, honey, and cinnamon in a jar or bowl.

    Stir well to mix, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 4 hours).
